CLIENT is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance team lead to assist
Quality Assurance Director with the hands on execution of CLIENT quality
plan.  Responsibilities include coordination of CLIENT SQA test team
resources and activities and report timely status on test case creation,
test case execution and defect metrics associated with test cycles. The QA
team lead will identify Quality gaps and follow through to resolution. All
test activities will be documented and all anomalies recorded and tracked to
resolution



*Specific Duties Include but are not limited to:*

   - Coordination of day to day activities for the CLIENT test team
   - Review software development deliverables such as Project Plan,
   Construction Iteration Plan, Requirements, Use Cases, Integration Test
   Results, for thoroughness and detail
   - Define, manage, and review the test cases and test data
   - Update regression scripts and assist with test automation efforts
   - Communicate test results and QA issues to the QA manager
   - Facilitate QA Analysts interaction with Project Managers, Business
   Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Technical Infrastructure resources
   - Track defects and provide quality metrics
   - Perform end to end testing of applications in coordination with various
   teams
   - Recommend process improvements that improve user experience
   - Mentor other team members



*Experience required:*

   - Demonstrated skills in backend, mid-level, integration, large-scale
   application testing
   - Experience with interface testing across several systems
   - Experience with reports testing and advanced SQL usage
   - Previously responsible for test cases creation, execution and reporting
   - Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
   - Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
   - Self-motivated, able to work independently, and perform multiple tasks
   under minimal supervision
   - Diagnostic and problem solving skills
   - Public sector experience with Health Care Information, Eligibility and
   Claims Payments systems
   - Broad knowledge of testing approaches, techniques and tools



*Experience desired:*

   - Working knowledge of Unified Process Development Methodology
   - Administration of quality tools such as Clear Quest, Test Manager and
   Quick Test Pro
   - Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science



*Skills needed:*

   - Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with
   developers and business analysts
   - Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
   - Demonstrated ability to lead a team of quality assurance analysts
   - Strong verbal and written communication skills
