Location: Boca Raton, FL Duration: 6 months Execution and maintenance and configuration Management Data Base (CMDB) maintained in “Remedy.” • Point person for managing CMDB updates and understanding processes and assisting IT team members • Knowledge expert on CMDB template for CI, User Updates, Support Groups, Security Roles, etc • Knowledge expert for understanding fields available and CI relationship building • Point person responsible for working with IT team members and building CMDB relationships • Responsible for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support for working CMDB exceptions and contacting managed sourcing provider when required • Execute of all tasks associated with the project (AMP) and project elements that result in the creation of the initial, and ongoing CMDB. • Create CMDB templates for GO-LIVE and UAT Refresh • Validate UAT export working with tower leads to approve production build • Develop code to determine differences in UAT compared to initial full file from HR automated process and generating 1st differential file • Coordinate the start-up of automated HR update in UAT and working with developer on any issues uncovered • Coordinate the shutdown of automated HR update with application development when production load is being performed • Ensure designs & processes performed in each process tower do not conflict with others and usage of fields in Remedy are consistent • Ensure ID Federation design will be in place for UAT and leading the driving of actions for Office Depot • Make ID Federation decisions working with Office Depot technical teams and would determine if design could change when Oracle Federation is available • Signoff of CMDB template Business Requirements Specification documents • Maintain Remedy Templates in central Office Depot location and coordinate publishing of change documents when required • Document technical information and standards for Remedy -- Thanks Abdul 678 248 2096 Ext 254 *[email protected] * -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Business Objects User Group" group.
