Job Duties : Monitor, support, configure, troubleshoot and repair network devices and network infrastructure,Monitor, support, configure, troubleshoot and repair IP Telephony devices and infrastructure. Monitor, support, configure, create, troubleshoot and repair DHCP scopes and IP assignments. Monitor, support, configure, create, troubleshoot and repair DNS. Maintain configuration management and network documentation. Responsibility: Responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving global network issues including data, IPT, wireless, VPN, DHCP and DNS technologies 24x7 Network Operations Center. Resource should have: Good Network Architecture experience which includes LAN, Internet, Intranet & WAN. Solid experience in Data switches, Routers and Network Protocols.
