*Data Analyst with MDM/ Data modeling exp* *Location: Newark, NJ* *Duration: 6 months + * Focus will be on the Analysis of the Member and Benefits Program. Gap analysis of legacy vs new, gap analysis of existing vs new proposed processes. Elicitation of existing points of pain experienced by the business community as it relates to member data. Identification of data leaks in flow of data from sources to targets. Candidate will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. Formulates systems/processes to parallel overall business strategies. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Document algorithms, identify logical system architecture, specify system interfaces, document operational requirements, develop test plans. May facilitate acceptance testing, develop user guides, provide user training, and support the user in development of work processes. Works under the direction of a team leader or project manager. Requires a minimum of 8 years experience in gathering and analyzing user requirements, and the development of functional and operational improvements to business applications. *Looking for someone with the following:* Extremely Strong Healthcare Background Thorough Familiarity with Membership and Benefits Systems, Operational Processes and Data / Information surrounding Identity, Demographics, Groups / Accounts; Products / Plans, Billing, Enrollment and Benefits.
