TITLE: PeopleSoft HR / HCM [ Benefits ,Benadmin ,eBenefits ] Functional Consultant Location; Melbourne, FL Duration:6+ months *Job Title *** *PeopleSoft HR / HCM [ Benefits ,Benadmin ,eBenefits ] Functional Consultant*** *Summary*** This position will provide functional support and process analysis for the upgrade of the PeopleSoft Benefits Modules (including Benefits Administration and eBenefits) from 8.9 to 9.1 and will manage 2012 Open Enrollment process. The position includes configuring PeopleSoft system tables, developing functional program designs, creating user procedures and training manuals, developing/analyzing/ executing/testing systems changes, and developing reports.** *Responsibilities*** · Provide functional support and process analysis for the upgrade of the PeopleSoft Benefits Modules (including Benefits Administration and eBenefits) from 8.9 to 9.1 and will manage 2012 Open Enrollment process. · Configuring PeopleSoft system tables, developing functional program designs, creating user procedures and training manuals, developing/analyzing/ executing/testing systems changes, and developing reports. · Develops specifications for interfaces to and from PeopleSoft and outsourced HR/Benefit vendor applications. · Develops conversion and system implementation plans. · Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. · Recommends changes in development, maintenance, and system standards. · Trains user personnel in conversion and implementation of system. · Develop reports utilizing PeopleSoft Query Tool, SQL, Crystal Reports. *Skills req*** · 8 + years of PeopleSoft HR Functional experience · Extensive experience in PeopleSoft Benefits Modules (including Benefits ,Benefits Administration and eBenefits) · Experience in Open Enrollment process · Experience with PeopleSoft Benefits modules in both 8.9 and 9.1 · Upgrade experience · Large project implementation experience. · Experience with Peopletools reporting (Query, Crystal). · Experience in configuring PeopleSoft system tables, developing functional program designs, creating user procedures and training manuals, developing/analyzing/ executing/testing systems changes, and developing reports etc. *Desired Skills*** · Knowledge of IS Project Management process · Must be able to provide leadership in areas of expertise to other developers. · Must be able to resolve problems of high complexity independently and quickly through troubleshooting and analysis. · Must work well in a team environment with other technical and functional developers. · Must be able to assist in resolving technical problems through troubleshooting and analysis. · Must have the ability to lead HRIS projects. · Must be able to work directly with system users. *Work Site*: Melbourne, FL. *Duration *** 6 Months *Expected Start Date*: Immediate *Number of Positions* 1 Thanks *Arun* *Recruiting Team * *SOLUTION IT INC Work: 781-497-2968 URL: http://solutionit.com/* <http://www.linkedin.com/in/arunpanigrahi> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Business Objects User Group" group.
