*Description **
*DFI seeks up to two full time web development software engineers to design,
develop, and test web based applications. Current development is focused on
ECommerce, online document filing, and work flow management. Technologies
currently implemented include .Net, C#, Visual Basic 6.0/ASP, SQL Server,
Team Foundation Server and related web development tools and products. The
selected contractor will work as a member of the application development
team and on project teams as well. Candidates with a working knowledge of
the Microsoft web development products and tools, ability to mentor less
senior development staff, strong design skills, troubleshooting and problem
resolution skills, leadership and excellent customer service skills will
receive first consideration.

*Job Description*

Will manage an Oracle implementation for operations in Mexico for a company
with Headquarters in Japan.  Responsible for overall project planning,
execution and management of project-related activities. Willing to travel to
Japan for an extended stay of 3 months during the initial phase of the
project, and to Mexico during the implementation phase



*Required Skills:*

* Ability to effectively manage teams to produce high-quality deliverables

* Demonstrates effective leadership and teambuilding skills

* Ability to manage cross cultural teams
