Mandatory Qualifications 1) Minimum ten (10) years of SCM/SRM/MM experience at an expert level, of which three (3) years must be at version Enterprise Central Component (ECC) 6.0 within a State of California Agency or Department; 2) Minimum of ten (10) years of expert configuration knowledge and experience in SCM/SRM/MM configuration; 3) Minimum of ten (10) years experience with SAP Project Systems; 4) Minimum of ten (10) years experience with SAP Assets and Plant Maintenance; 5) Minimum of five (5) full life cycle implementations, including Blueprint Design, Project Realization, Post Go-Live Support (Integration and cross-module application knowledge are mandatory); 6) Minimum of six (6) years experience as a Project Lead or in Management. (The Contractor’s Candidate must have good written and verbal communication skills and must be available for assignment throughout the term of this Agreement); and 7) Must have formal SAP training and/or certifications in the following areas: a) Supply Chain Management b) Supplier Relationship Management c) Materials Management b. Desirable Qualifications 1) Ten (10) years experience conducting and/or assisting training utilizing automated/technical solutions; 2) Ten (10) years experience working on large and complex Public Sector IT projects; and 3) Strong verbal and written presentation skills/experience.
