Description:

This role is for a 2nd/3rd level support role that will be performing
application development work for UCCE/ICM with CVP. They have to have this
experience and/or training/certifications.

They must demonstrate this during the interview:

Primary Skills needed:

1. Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP)

2. Cisco CVP Studio Experience

3. Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM)

4. Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) experience



Other Skills requested:

Application Scripting & Support

-TCP/IP networking fundamentals

-Voice User Interface Design

-Complex Call Routing Application Design

-AT&T Route IT application

-Understand ITIL Principles (Service Management)

-Experience with moving from Avaya to Cisco would be helpful

-Ability to work with both technical and non-technical
