Lauderdale, Florida *Duration*: 6 months Phone then F2F interview is required *Job Description: * - Healthcare is must - Responsible for engaging with national or regional organizations such as National communications, Compliance, Colorado Region etc. or other programs interested in "onboarding" content and/or applications to the Enterprise Portal. - Focus is on engaging with onboarding sponsors, determining scope, plan, resources, and guiding Business Partner team through the Intake and Onboarding processes. - Coordinates with Product Managers and Specialists within Internal Web Capability team and with Project Managers within KP-IT to onboard Business Partners. - This role has end to end accountability for delivery of the project and recognition of business value and ensures that all stakeholders are kept informed, that the Onboarding process is managed appropriately, and that assigned projects are delivered within scope, schedule, budget and quality levels are consistent with partner/customer expectations. *Essential Functions:* - Manages complex projects or multiple projects of moderate complexity Develops solutions that align with strategic direction and standards - Develops and sustains strong working relationships with client project team staff Accountable for coordination of collection and validation of business requirements - Requires complex planning to coordinate with other departments or resources Basic Qualifications: ** *Minimum ten years of industry experience* with at least five of those years in a project leadership position Able to accomplish goals through influence without having direct management responsibility for team members Prior work experience in a large, complex, company environment Bachelor's degree *Preferred Qualifications*: - Consulting experience. ** - At least 3 experience in managing corporate intranets or portals** - 5 years of project management experience using industry-standard methods and tools** - 5 or more years experience implementing web-based enterprise solutions ** - Knowledge of Portals and best practices with corporate intranets ** * * *Thanks & regards* Supriya *Technical Recruiter* *TekShapers, Inc.
