Following are the details of the opportunity: Line of Business: Internet Services Group Job Classification: Web Support Engineer Position Description: BS and 5-8 years experience 24 x 7 production support for iPlanet webservers, WebLogic application servers running on multiple SUN models with Solaris OS, Oracle databases running on SUN E3500's, and BIG IP F5 load balancer support. 24 x 7 response to alarms in HP OVO, and alarms coming from Topaz customer simulation tests, as well as in-house developed monitoring systems. Will also utilise Remedy Problem & Change management application for management of problem tickets and production change requests. Job includes documentation of trouble-shooting procedures, and close interaction and co-ordination with support partners for OS and hardware maintenance.
