Position: C++ Developer Location: Boston, MA Length: 6-12+ Months Must-haves: - 8 years software development - 5 years of C++/Visual Studio development on Windows - Very strong communication and collaboration skills - Experience with multi-threading software development on distributed systems (Ex: Financial or Telecomm applications) - Experience with modern software development methodologies including static analysis, code coverage, unit and functional test automation, and code inspections Plusses - Agile experience - Telecommunications background Day-to-Day The candidate will be part of a team in a fast-paced agile scrum environment building advanced call routing capabilities for the next-generation contact center marketplace. He/she will be working with a multitude of tasks for all stages of the development cycle. He/she will be designing, coding, developing, and testing. The candidate will be responsible for working with the team to build new features and new capabilities to those exacting standards. These projects come out in two week releases.
