The role is primarily responsible for analyzing the technical requirements for the creation of interfaces between transaction systems. In addition to technical analysis, the role is responsible for creating ETL specifications, test plans and test cases for those interfaces. The Technical Business Analyst will also work closely with the project team to design various components of the Business Intelligence system, including but not limited to, dashboard designs and navigation paths within the dashboards. The role will also be engaged in ongoing production support activities to enable timely and efficient resolution of system issues and to recommend improvement opportunities.* *In addition to technical analysis, the role is responsible for creating ETL specifications, test plans and test cases for those interfaces.
