Should beable to do functional and non functional design using an TIBCO product.Additionally also should be able to do design reviews and suggest designimprovements. Should have expereince in testing methodologies for TIBCOproduct. Should have an understanding of SOA and should have implemented webservices based solutions. Should have an understanding of implementing TIBCOsolutions using more than one product.
