Someone who can communicate clearly and is assertive enough to ask questions when necessary. This individual should be capable of working with limited direction. Skills: - *3+ years Java on an IBM WebSphere platform using RAD 8*. The majority of the java work will be creating web services in a Service Oriented Architecture environment. - Experience with XML is also required. - While SQL is not critical, it would be a nice to have. There is an occasional need to write in-line SQL.
