Monitor, troubleshoot Exchange Servers for CPU utilization, performance, Database Growth, Mail usage including mailbox sizes, Exchange gateway performance, Exchange server Connectors, Internet Gateways, Public Folders, Exchange message queues and email delivery b. Enterprise Level Migration of Exchange mailboxes from remote country offices to the production data centers c. Monitor, troubleshoot the Outbound and Inbound SMTP Servers queue and mail delivery d. Backups & Recovery of Exchange Servers using TSM (Tivoli Data Protection for Exchange) e. Installation, Configuration and Managing Trend Micro Scan Mail for Exchange Server f. Backups & Recovery of BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0 g. Configuring and managing Storage Groups & Mailbox stores, Routing groups and administrative groups h. Managing & Troubleshooting Public folders & Permissions i. Manage Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Plan for Exchange Server 2007 and BlackBerry Enterprise Servers j. Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of Blackberry, PDA's, Smart Phones and other handhelds with Boxtone and Zenprise k. Regular usage of Microsoft Sysinternals utilities and Window Support tools for Exchange & DC troubleshooting l. Advanced Mail flow Troubleshooting using SMTP Logs, Message Tracking, and Network Monitor Traces m. Clearing / resetting Exchange Log Files & Advanced Disaster Recovery for Exchange with eseutil and isinteg for recovery purposes. n. Advanced troubleshooting on Outlook Web Access including configuration, permissions, forms based authentication, SSL, firewall and DMZ configuration o. Installing and Configuring Cisco Ironport Appliance for Inbound and Outbound mails for SPAM Control p. Regular usage of various Microsoft troubleshooting tools like, Exmerge, DCDiag, Netdiag, MFCMapi , MPS Reports etc q. Co-ordinate with Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management on Severity Technical Issues r. Co-ordinate / Escalate to get the solution done with Microsoft premier support and other technology vendors s. Ensure RCA for all critical incidents, analyze the same and find workaround/solution t.
