Thanks, Neil Title: Business Intelligence Data Warehouse Position Description: Design, plan and direct the initiatives for the Data Warehouse. The Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse manager oversees the development, implementation, maintenance and operations of custom developed databases, including Enterprise Data Warehouses. The position is responsible for collaborating with departments across the organization to identify information and data needs as a direct result of Data Warehousing. The position will manage the strategic roadmap for the Data Warehouse, perform budget and resource management, and capacity planning activities. This position is responsible for managing multiple demands across the organization and ensuring data level access routines including stored procedures, ETLs used in the application development process, and provide query analysis and support to other departments as requested. This Manager position is expected to combine a background in the disciplines of business analysis with the technical aspects of warehouse development to develop data warehouses using data from the multiple payers/trading partners, laboratories, electronic medical records, and various other sources. The Manager, Information Delivery will manage the technology tools, Data Warehousing strategic roadmap and business alignment for the organization and will provide effective leadership and motivation to his/her team and serve as a key resource of information technology for the organization.
