Job Title: PSFT Functional HR and Benefits Consultant Location: Los Angeles,CA Duration: 7+ months Contract. Rate: High Overview: Client is looking for a Functional PSFT Base HR and Benefits Consultant to work as a business process consultant to assist with process improvements and process streamlining. They also will need to provide production support as well as implementation work. This is a HCM 9.1 instance and the focus is on Base HR and Benefits. Will document, analyze and produce functional interface specifications for HR and Benefits. MANDATORY Requirements: Minimum of 6-8 years PeopleSoft HCM experience, 9.1 experience required Must have strong hands on experience on Base HR and Benefits Must have 1-2 Full Life Cycle Implementations Strong Communications skills – must be able to interact with the business users and executive level personnel. Ability to create process documents, facilitate requirement gathering, Fit-Gap and functional design sessions, create requirement documents, fit gap analysis documents, functional and technical specifications.
