National retail organization in the Johns Creek area is looking to add a
WMS QA Testers to join their team for a 6 month plus assignment. The
successful candidate will perform strategic testing roles for the WMS 2010
Implementation program. You will serve as a Subject Matter and Process
Expert. Work with the enterprise test management team and PPQA to ensure
internal processes and methodologies are followed.
The successful candidate will possess and demonstrate:
- Excellent analysis and problem solving skills.
- Experience in multiple test techniques.
- Strong organizational/project management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple testing efforts simultaneously.
- Extensive knowledge of industry best practices.
- A role model for multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time.
Technical skill set needed:
- 3+ years experience testing in a WMS Manhattan environment
- Creation of test plans, test schedules and test cases.
- Manual execution of testing and the creation of defect reports.
- Automated testing tools experience a plus.
- Browser-based client testing experience a plus.
- Unix,Oracle and Mainframe testing experience a plus.
- Understanding of retail concepts a plus.
- Supervisory or management experience a plus.
- Industry experience in distribution centers and direct to consumer
concepts and processes.
