Follow existing project management methodology and system development life cycle processes for project assignments. c.. Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan. d.. Work with project teams and key stakeholders to understand business process and/or system change impacts on each project; and based on those impacts, develop appropriate change management deliverables which might include: Change impact assessments Quick reference guides, handouts development Change management risk assessments Stakeholder assessments User readiness assessments Stakeholder engagement planning Preparing user readiness materials Training planning Communications strategy and planning Training design and curriculum development Communications development Training deployment planning Customer satisfaction measurements Training schedule Presentation development and facilitation a.. Be an active and visible coach to leaders who are change sponsors. Skills and qualifications: a.. Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies. b.. Experience with effective stakeholder engagement practices and defining organizational readiness prior to system go lives. c.. Experience with IT project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle. d.. 5+ years� experience in large-scale organizational change management. e.. Solid experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and implementing change management programs for SAP projects. .
