10.          Good ticket management skills and responding to the tickets
created within SLA and updating the status of tickets to originators of
tickets.

11.          Managing and support for the micro sites and engaging the rack
space team for trouble shooting issues.

1.            Websphere Commerce / Websphere Admin /Web Operations Engineer

2.            Monitor ecommerce system's various components SLA's and
response times etc.

3.            Day-to-day monitoring, support and operations of ecommerce
websites running 24/7.

·         Mobile Support Analyst

·         Responsible and accountable for all the reports and analysis of
ecommerce Web support

·         Need to monitor and detect any issues on the website, quantify
the impact of the issue, & trouble shoot.

·         Implement support best practices, ensure knowledge management

·         Production support process compliance – ticket management,
escalation, knowledge management, SLAs

·         Day-to-day monitoring, support and web operations of ecommerce
websites running 24/7.

·         Monitor web support system's various components SLA's and
response times
