We’ve Urgent requirement with one of our client for *J2EE Infrastructure Support Specialist* Job opening Location *Jersey City, NJ* *Position Title: J2EE Infrastructure Support Specialist* *Duration: 6 months* *Location: Jersey City, NJ* *Job Description:* The main function of the J2EE Infrastructure support role will be to assist the AIM team on all aspects of Infrastructure support. The person should be able to handle a variety of tasks that involves troubleshooting, coordinating and working with other external teams. Documentation is an important aspect in providing support to the team and should be part of the overall support process. He/she should be able to handle multiple tasks and be able to complete them in a timely manner. * * *Main Duties* The main responsibility of the candidate will be to provide day-to-day support for the AIM system infrastructure. The person will be expected to triage issues relating to Production/UAT environments. Take on tasks assigned by management and report on progress on a periodic basis. Work on issues relating to web application access, server load-balancing, Weblogic application server, etc. The candidate should be innovative and forward looking and is able to take challenges in a fast paced environment. The requirements for Access and Identity Management are growing rapidly so the candidate must be able to think out of the box to improve the existing technology and framework adhering to aggressive deadlines. • Provide day-to-day support for all environments (Production, Testing/UAT and Integration) • Employ industry best practices and follow Company standards • Provide ideas and ways to improve current Infrastructure • Install software and configure servers as required • Engage in technical discussions regarding design and architecture • Able to escalate to management any issues that need attention • Able to think about high availability and reliable solutions * * *Person Requirements Basic Qualifications-* · Degree in Engineering, Computing or other equivalent discipline · At least 4 years of support experience in a large-scale Enterprise level environment · 3+ years of experience deploying enterprise level web applications · Strong understanding of enterprise level server and storage (Memory, SAN Storage, OS processes, etc.) · Strong understanding of server operating systems (Windows, Linux and UNIX) · Shell scripting (Unix Shell, Perl, etc.) · Proficient with network analyzer tools such as Wireshark · Strong knowledge of DNS, IP’s, IP Aliases, Server Load-balancing (F5/BigIP), etc. · Strong knowledge of WebLogic Server 10.x and application server performance tuning *Preferred Qualifications-* • Single Sign On, Certificates, SSL, Key stores, etc. • Experience with database MS SQL Server, Sybase and DB2 is a plus • Knowledge of all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Knowledge of Identity Management and App Security • Ability to develop strong client relationships • Experience in OIM 10g to 11g Installation/Upgrade is a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational, problem-solving and advanced analytical skills.
