The project is with UFS (Unit Financial System), and will be responsible for tuning existing code, and migrating and writing some programs from Java and Progress into .Net and SQL (Oracle). They must be strong in ASP.Net, C#, WCF highly preferred, and must be really experienced in either Oracle or SQL Server, not necessarily a PL/SQL Programmer, but someone who has worked with stored procedures, triggers, etc. and an emphasis on MVC.
