Location: *Chevy Chase, MD*
Duration: *6 Months Contract*

*Job Description:*
- Design, development, implementation and maintenance of VoIP telephony
initiatives for contact centers and back office
- Provide technical leadership and relevant strategic direction
- Interface with business customer and peer IT teams to develop & analyze
requirements and solution/system delivery
- Develop process and procedures for implementation and operational support
of systems
- Project management & oversight; perform risk evaluation, issue
management, etc.
- 24x7 production support & technical support to team and customers

*Skills Required:*
- Hands on knowledge of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE,
Unified Communications Manager (UCM)
- Understanding & experience in implementing, operating, configuring, and
troubleshooting a converged IP network
- Solid project management skills to lead multiple projects across diverse
organizations; collaboration with peer IT teams
- Extremely effective verbal and written communication skills in order to
communicate with all levels of associates and management teams
- Understanding of SDLC and CMMI concepts
- Proven experience in end-to-end problem determination/troubleshooting
system issues
- Design/Architect IP Telephony systems
- Familiarity with SIP integration techniques , carrier, cross systems,
etc.
- Experience in providing contact center solutions (call routing, CTI,
systems integration, etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office product set , MS Word, Excel, power point, Visio,
Project

*Skills Preferred:*
- Microsoft Lync (voice)
- Knowledge of legacy telephony systems (ACD, PBX, IVR, ICM/CTI, Voice
Mail, etc.) and client/server & database/reporting applications desired
- Experience in systems and business analysis
- Understanding of relational database architecture and design
- Proficient in Client/Server Applications
- Knowledge of integration and troubleshooting of Cisco Unified
Communications applications
