9-12+ Months -Network Management (Cisco works LMS, HP Network Automation, InfoVista for example). Knowledge of FCAPS standards - Basic knowledge of networking hardware such as Cisco routers, firewalls, switches, TCP/IP networking - Scripting skills (Expect, TCL, Perl, Shell), Unix/Linux OS expertise - Must be willing to work rotating Day & Night Shifts - EXCELLENT Communication SKILLS IS A MUST.
