Position 2 Peoplesoft
Location: Fremont
Skills: Proficient in PeopleSoft's Peopletools (e.g. application engine, PeopleCode, debugging) and SQL. Strong understanding of backend tables and batch processes supporting the application. Strong understanding of the Peopelsoft CRM Business Object Relationship Model (BORM) and Contact Method data model is required. Should have experience working with Relationships, Customer, Partner and Product data models. As a part of the technical team, you will be responsible for: Analyzing the data, generate the statistics and provide recommendation to solve data issues. Perform design, development and modification activities to Batch processes, PL/SQL codes, Peoplecode, Integration Broker and XML. Develop detailed technical design specifications and unit test plans for application modifications or customizations. Develop detailed release notes for application deployment and actively take part during the application deployment. Debug application functions and processes. Analyze and troubleshoot development related issues. Provide solution options and sizing estimates to application enhancements requests. Provide guidance and assistance to other team members. Research and recommend vendor delivered solutions and patches. Ensure that production level changes are fully documented. Skills/Qualifications. Bachelor's Degree - with a desire to work in an information systems environment. Strong understanding of the Peopelsoft CRM BORM and CDM data model is required. High level of proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL (Specifically, Oracle Packages, Oracle Functions, complex SQL) 5-7 years of demonstrated design and development experience with the PeopleSoft applications. , PeopleTools, Appllication Designer, PeopleCode (procedural, object oriented and application packages), Application Engine and Workflow. Knowledge and experience in designing and developing interfaces using PeopleSoft Integration technologies. Sound understanding of PeopleSoftCRM's Support, Field Service, Helpdesk, ERMS and Common modules. Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment. Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work flexible hours.
