You have a boot problem. There is an initial ramdisk that does some
early initialization to your system and it found a problem. It is supposed
to print a message and give you access to your system trough this
"busybox". Unfortunately a bug in the Debian/Ubuntu distributions
(that I know and forgot to report, sorry) prevents the message about
the problem to be printed on the screen. So you know that there
is a problem that prevents the normal boot of Ubuntu, but you don't
  know which.

You should try the Ubuntu mailing lists, there might be someone
  more knowledgeable about boot problems.

Sorry I can not help you much more,

            Loïc Grenié
