hi alna, sorry that noone could answer you problem. at first we need to find if this is a busybox bug or a kernel bug.
can you reproduce you problem with the "normal" kbd utils ? (e.g. http://lct.sourceforge.net/) What kernel version are you using ? The atkbd.c module is part of the kernel. did you send them a message too ? IMHO some there should know if that is a kernel issue. re, wh Alain M. schrieb: > Hi, I am resending this after one week and rewriting it in hope that > someone can help me... > > I have a brazilian keyboard that has a special key for "/?" key. > > I issue the commands: > # setkeycodek 73 89 > # loadkmap < /usr/share/keymap/br-abnt2.bmap > > after that, keys start workinkg, but the "/?" key sends the correct char > BUT the error message is still there, so I get: > > /atkbd.c: Unknown key pressed (raw set 2, code 0x173 on mb:18). > atkbd.c: Use 'setkeycodes 73 <keycode>' to make it known. > > ==>> note the correct char before the message... > > The keymap I got from > <http://www.filewatcher.com/p/keymaps.tar.gz.28651.htm> it works, but is > there a more apropriate place ? > > What is wrong?
