Another portion of sendmail compatibility patches.

* -e err-rcpt added to fill Errors-To: header
* -c charset renamed to -j charset, to free -c for carbon-copy addresses
* -c cc-addr introduced to fill Cc: headers
* some more compatibility options are accepted and ignored (ssmtp quirks)

Please, consider applying.

I also want to know whether sendmail should mangle message body to conform
recipients and cc-recipients.

E.g., if I use:
sendmail -t -c [EMAIL PROTECTED] -c [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL
PROTECTED] << _EOM_
To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Subject: foo

bar
_EOM_

who exactly of 5 addresses should recieve the message and of what headers?

Since the answer is possibly not obvious I ask the list to help me to come to
the conclusion.

TIA,
--
Vladimir
