Hello Jose, Busybox is a collection of program to get a full system. If you have linux for your board (*bsd should work also) and a current libc (ulibc, glibc, etc). I see no problem.
Since we support busybox here and i have no clue what a MSP430 may be it would be clever to ask your supplier for working linux for your system.
