BusyBox v1.1.3 (2007.10.23-16:18+0000)

Not sure what I am doing wrong, could be my noob status with Linux, but I can't seem to get a static IP address set in busybox.

Initially I used the IFCONFIG command and it worked great, until I bounced Busybox. So I modified the interfaces file like so:

# /etc/network/interfaces -- configuration file for ifup(8), ifdown(8)

# The loopback interface
auto lo
iface lo inet loopback

# EP93XX Ethernet
auto eth0
iface eth0 inet static
address 192.168.200.100
netmask 255.255.255.0
gateway 192.168.200.2

# The RA73 802.11 G device
auto rausb0
iface rausb0 inet dhcp

But the device continues to retrieve an IP address from DHCP. I am sure I missed something simple. What is it?

Thanks

Pete
