Hi,

Sorry for posting it to the busybox mailing list, it is a problem
related to buildroot.

Anyway, it was a problem with buildroot and I was able to solve it
with the following command line

#busybox loadkmap < de-latin1.bmap

where de-latin1.bmap is the binary keymap. loadkmap doesn't work with
non binary keymaps.
