warning: i have no clue about the mini2440 board and
i have no idea about you projekt and why you need a devmem applet
the most simple solution is to compile the missing applet as standalone
and install it along with the current bb.
ntl busybox is a general application and so we can not realy help with specific
boards and implementations.
