This options -d -t -r where hidden under DESKTOP. That disabled the main
feature of touch setting a random time. This options allows the user
to enable these options for (only) touch.

the patch actually changes the name DESKTOP in FEATURE_TOUCH_SUSV3 therefore
no bloatcheck since no real code was changed.

Note that DESKTOP enabled one variation more in parse_datestr().
