 Not to troll or anything, but this strikes me oddly as reinventing
the Original BSD license's advertising clause, which has been flagged
as *obnoxious* and fought so valiantly by GPL zealots:
 http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/bsd.html

 So, would that "copyright publishing obligation" be compatible with
the GPL, or would it also be deemed obnoxious ?
