When I try to visit https://bugs.busybox.net , I see: ----- Software error:

Do you have the correct username and password selected in localconfig? For help, please send mail to the webmaster ([email protected]), giving this error message and the time and date of the error. ----- and mail to [email protected] bounces. A coworker sees the same problem trying to access the web page.
