When I add the shared option the exact error it gives is:

mount: mounting//192.168.5.3/downloads on /sdcard/nas/downloads
failed: Invalid argument

if I remove ",shared" it works, locally only.

Regarding the bbconfig, it returns:

bbconfig: applet not found
