After reading the manpages for utimensat() and futimens(), I understand
how those work better.
If the times[2] argument is NULL, then the timestamp on the files is
simply set to the current time - it would actually be more hassle
excluding the nanoseconds.
If times[x].tv_nsec is UTIME_OMIT, then the specific field is simply not
updated. This would make the implementation of -a and -m much easier.
