Busybox modprobe brings error "Invalid ELF header magic: !=ELF"

Can somone help how to get rid of the message "Invalid ELF header magic: 
!=ELF" of busybox when using moprobe with compressed kernel modules

BusyBox v1.36.0 (2023-03-17 16:25:58 UTC) multi-call binary.
