Dear Friends, After several messages being exchanged on this topic and many times from the inception of the group, let us follow simple convention.
If it is just 2-3 words like Great Picture or Very Nice kind of comments, send them personally. But please send emails to members appreciating the good work they are doing. If you have any additional information to add, make sure it reaches the whole group like "Great Capture, we had seen it in Eastern Ghats Meet in 2007". Also while sending images, few members are still sending them larger than 800px longer size. That makes it difficult to appreciate on most of the computer screen without scrolling the images. Please try to give maximum information about the image, at least date and location which is always know to the photographer. I am so excited to see so many interesting photos flowing in daily on he group these days. All the best.
