Hello all

I have recently shifted to Dehradun and have a small garden behind my house.
size 50ft by 10ft. sunny and gets full morning sun.
not too familiar with Dehradun climate or type of plants that do well here.
i wish to plant only Indigenous plants and not exotic if possible. And i
know for garden plants u normally get only exotics.
but its a challenge and i am sure to be able to get some Indian varieties of
plants that attract butterflies.
have common butterflies of India by Issac which has the food plant list of
common butterflies, but they are mostly Latin names and nursery people are
familiar with local names so can anyone help me with that.

would love some native and local names which are easy to procure.

Thanks in advance for all those who spare time to guide me.
