SPROUTS-Hide Out Christmas Camp (Dec 25 afternoon – Dec 28, 2008) Hi friends,
After an extremely fun-filled camp in October, SPROUTS' & Hideout are back again, calling all kids (and adults who have the enthusiasm of a child) to join in the Christmas camp at Hide-Out Eco-Resort, Vikramgad (Wada Taluka). The highlights of the camp would include a stay at the Hide-Out Eco-Resort, Nature Trails, Nature Games, Map Making & Reading, Star Gazing, a Snake Awareness Activity, Warli Painting, visit to a local potter, blacksmith and observing the life and habits of Warli Tribals. Camp participants shall also explore the `living' diversity of the place, characteristic of the winter season, under the able guidance of experts. The picturesque landscape, dotted with rivulets and tribal hamlets, make this campsite a `must visit' for Nature lovers. The camp is oriented at giving the participants a feel of rural life and making them alert to happenings in the natural world. As an add-on, this time we are throwing in a few adventure sport activities.
