Meeting point: Sharp 7.00 AM. Last bus stop near Chaha wala (Tea stall). TMT
bus no. 16 from Gaondevi, Thane to Patonapada.
If you are coming by own vehicle from Mumbai: Take first flyover over Teen Hath
naka. Proceed on EE Highway. Dont take second flyover. Reach Cadbury junction
and take left. Proceed and cross Vartak Nagar, Shivai Nagar and just before
Upavan take left. The road starts climbing. Cross Yeoor village and then ask
for Patonapada/Last bus stop.
About: We will have to reach Bhendi nala latest by 9 AM and then will move
little bit ahead towards water fall. It is approximately 2.5 km trek along the
simple forest road. Not much undulating road. While going we will see few
flowering trees and plenty of birds. Once we reach the site the butterflies
would have started coming. The program will end by 12.30.
Dont forget: Cap and enough water. While coming back it will be very hot.
