Isaac, would you clarify whether the yellow Gorgon is very difficult
to approach or is it a rarity in the Indian subcontinent?

Great catch indeed! Looks like you are second Indian to photograph
this elusive  Yellow Gorgon. Earlier, Mr. S A Hussain of BNHS had got
it in Bhutan 25 years ago!

Here are the photographs of two butterflies.

The Truncate Imperial was shot in Pedong, in Darjeeling Dist. in the
month of October, 2007.

Yellow Gorgon was shot in Jayanti, Jalpaiguri dist., in April 2008.
