vivek, if you are referring to sasi's email with the subject line, "ID help 6 pl", then the species would be Blue-striped Palmfly (Elymnias patna), not the Spotted Palmfly. the picture you sent is that of the Spotted Palmfly but sasi's picture shows a different pattern of white spots on the underside (compare the pictures carefully). btw, the scientific name of the Spotted Palmfly is Elymnias malelas, not E. nesaea.
