last two days i am witnessing huge no of Common Crows migrating from
Konkan coast towords Western Ghats. I have already spend one day in
Kumbharli Ghat near Chiplun for collecting data. I will inform u about the
observations in detail after tomorrow. in short i can say more than few laks
were migrating. In the selected 10 meter belt 40 butterflies per min were
recorded. I caught 120+ butterflies for differentiating between males and
females. More than 60% were male. There were few Blue Tigers in the flocks
but they were very few.
I will inform you if there is any other movemnt at my place.
