Thats a female Dark Blue Tiger ( Tirumala septentrionis). So, there are two possibilities, either the migration has started or this lady emerged late in plains or Eastern ghats and hence could not migrate all the way back to Western Ghats.
Others, if you see crows and tigers, do mail me, especially the Double Branded Crow(Euploea sylvester) and Dark Blue Tiger.
