Btw its not a Double Branded Crow ( Euploea sylvester) but rather a Euploea
core( Common Indian Crow).
Yes, they should on their way.
If possible make a visit once a week and check how many days you will see
the Euploea sylvester and Tirumala septentrionis at Lalbagh, Bangalore.
That will certainly tell you whether that they are resident or not.
