Yes, they most certainly do like anthuriums. The Common Mormon, at least, is 
most definitely attracted to them. I know because I grow a lot of anthuriums 
and the Common Mormons are frequent visitors to the shade house. 
I never really stopped to observe till now whether it was the tiny flowers and 
the sticky 'dew' on the spadix of the anthurium inflorescence that attracted 
them or the leaves (as potential hosts) because I've seen the butterflies 
linger on both.

I had been advised that anuthuriums don't attract butterflies ; did find some 
literature on the web to support that. But observations at the conservatory 
contradict those - infact they seem to attract them in good numbers !
