Dear Friends, I had the chance to bump upon this interesting photo essay on National Geographic... It is on the eggs of insects (particularly of butterflies). The pics are shot with a scanning electron microscope, which uses beams of electrons to trace the surfaces of objects. *Thought many of us might like to see and read them... *
