Your thoughts are similar to mine. But butterfly can only be made as an
state emblem when the people and its respected government are conscious
about butterfly and its protection.

I am not yet aware if Assam has declared any species as its state butterfly.
If future, if the government of Assam thinks about this, then I will suggest
*Cachar Mandarin Blue* *Charana cepheis*, *Pallid Forester* *Lethe
satyavati.*
